How does it work?

1. Place your preorder
Choose your model and pay for your order.

2. We wait for delivery
We begin processing your order once the models arrive at our warehouse.

3. The model goes to the Collector's Box
It can wait there for other models from your preorders.

4. We arrange shipping
We will contact you to arrange shipping, the carrier or personal collection.

Models announced in the same preorder batch may arrive at different times. The Collector's Box allows you to store them together with your regular purchases and combine them into one shipment.

For orders containing preorder models, please select "Preorder" as the shipping method.

Please do not combine preorder models with products that are currently in stock in the same order.

Important information

• The availability date is an estimate and may change depending on the manufacturer or distributor.

• We make only part of the quantity we order available for preorder. If we nevertheless receive fewer units than ordered, preorders will be fulfilled in the order in which they were placed. If a model is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

• If a model is cancelled by the manufacturer, we will also issue a full refund.
